Dr. Bivik Shah* is a plastic and general surgeon and serves as a reconstructive surgeon at the Barix Clinics of Ohio.

Dr. Shah graduated magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan in 1989 and earned his MD degree in 1994 from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his general surgery residency and conducted a plastic surgery fellowship at Ohio State University.

Prior to serving bariatric patients at Barix Clinics of Ohio, Dr. Shah served as the Clinical Assistant Professor for the Division of Plastic Surgery at Ohio State University. Dr. Shah served as an Intern at Ohio State University from 1994 to 1995, and in 1997 served as a resident representative for the Department of Surgery Resident's Committee.

Dr. Shah is fully licensed and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the Ohio State Medical Association, and the Columbus Medical Association.
