Bariatric surgery causes a pause in your life—a chance to reflect on lifestyle habits that are no longer serving you well and to focus on those new habits that will help you to reach your weight and health goals. As life goes on and situations change, it is important to occasionally reflect on your lifestyle habits and adjust as needed.
