Berry Infused Water

Fourth of July is almost here! Remember to keep your family, friends, guests, and yourself hydrated on this hot weekend. Looking for something more exciting and tasty then plain old water? Get your fluids in with infused water! Take your favorite fruits or veggies and steep them in your water bottle or a pitcher at home in the refrigerator. Infused water is a great, healthy alternative to water and provides a hint of flavor of your favorite produce. Here we made berry infused water, but you can use anything that sounds tasty to you. We recommend trying variations with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, mangoes, oranges, lemons, limes, cucumbers, and fresh herbs such as mint, basil, and sage. Frozen fruit can also be used to chill drinks!
