Set up Measurable Goals. Goals need to be specific and measurable. I am going to walk for 30 minutes five days a week. I am going to avoid foods and beverages with more than 2 grams of added sugar. I am going to consume 64 grams of protein a day. I am going to pack my lunch and snacks at night for the next day. Write your goals down and put them in a place that you will see regularly.
